I was burning some energy stocking up on cred for halloween by asking Arthur J. for credits over and over again - maybe 20 or 30 times. Then I got this noncombat a single time, then he went back to the normal Arthur J. choice again.
I was Etheric at the time.
(I ended up with 30 cred chips in my inventory, I *think* I had just used all of them earlier that day so I believe it was asking exactly 30 times unless something else dropped cred.)
Trying to get this encounter again today — no luck after 70 tries asking for cred. May be unrelated to asking for cred.
