No bonus for wielding this without a weapon equipped. Does not count as a switchblade weapon for Switchblade technique, which is consistent with the Quad Psycho's use of it. (Edit: no idea why I thought this would qualify as a switchblade, I guess it's just the most obvious weapon the Quad Psycho was carrying. Def not a switchblade.)
