A lot of these adventures don't go away until you complete the Docks quest (like Pick a Side, etc). Should we just merge the two pages? Is it worth keeping them separate?

After some long (20+ turn) Southside Park runs when I tried to help the gangers, I've been going melee lately. But I tried siding with Carlos again, and it was surprisingly quick (10 turns this time). I'll start counting how many times I helped here - I get a vague feeling that killing bums and/or not killing gangers helps speed things up.

So it looks like now when you first encounter Pick a Side, you can't get away from it without doing anything. Just watching will give you a nudge to get a bit more involved, offering to buy from the gangers will unlock a new encounter where you can just directly get Eclipse from them, which is probably now the fastest way through the quest, though you won't make progress on getting the skills.
I'm not sure if the helping the ganger/homeless options have changed at all. I didn't pick either until having already handed over a coat to the friendly bum and thus starting my path down his questline. And so I also don't know what'll happen if you just quickly grab some Eclipse from the Fangs, and then just leave without dealing with either Carlos or the friendly bum at all.
