um - so there's an etheric The Bum and a normal The Bum? It's not just an Insane Bum when you're not high?

I always thought that name was weird, but I guess it's the specific bum you gave Eclipse to.

Just now I got an encounter with a third eye in the Park, where I was given the opportunity to follow or jump him. I followed, and he met up with another. I got spotted (spade for stealth req?), but I happened to be wearing a third eye shirt, so they offered me a Metros Light instead of combat.

Anyone else encountered this? I'll put it up here for someone more qualified than me to work it into the article.
