"Enough People" is not:

Do you always need six or do certain people count towards more spreading around?

From my comments on the Dr. Thomas quest page, it seems likely that Carlos is worth 2 people. Dr. Thomas agreed to supply the Eye with this in my quest log:

Well, if you're going to split it, I think it would make most sense to make three pages - David, Dr. A and Supplying the Third Eye With Eclipse Quest. Otherwise you're going to have a lot of duplicate text on the David and Dr. A pages for doing it the Hawk route.

EDIT: I just realized there's the lost watch quest page already - that would cut down on the amount of duplicate text considerably. I'd spilt it in two.

Hm, how about this system? It puts clarity above the quest log names, since after all "Lost Watch" isn't really about recovering some guy's watch per se. Also, it's possible that the Survivor's Quest update will include something like "David's Quest", so we might not want to muck around with "David (Quest)" as well (which is awkward to begin with).

Lost Watch just says "See: Joining the Third Eye" (and we can follow this format for any quests with similarly unhelpful 'official' names.)

Joining the Third Eye explains how to unlock Hawk and then links to Releasing the Hostages at the bottom (with a note that you need Dr. Thomas as a contact to continue).

Dr. Thomas' Quest lists all the possible 'Thomas encounters' then links to Releasing the Hostages

Releasing the Hostages links to Joining the Third Eye at the top as a prerequisite and explains how to free the captives through supplying Hawk with Eclipse, and includes the Hammer sidequest (again with a link to Dr. Thomas' Quest. Also links to Freeing David and Freeing Dr. Amundsen for alternate methods.

Freeing David and Freeing Dr. Amundsen describe how to progress through the Abandoned Building and Boiler Room respectively, then link to Releasing the Hostages for the alternate method.

It's complicated, but the whole quest is complicated, so I think it's worth it. And I suppose change the "University Quest" page to be a overall summary of the routes.

EDIT: Created the page for rescuing David - more to come in the morning(?).

I forgot to add the disclaimer, which is that I have finals approaching so I won't be all that free until the 16th or so. Glad to help more seriously after that though.
