Beat it with a taser and a bloodied tray equipped, and no immediately obvious results toward a technique from either of those.

Also can't catch the blood spilling from it in an empty vase.

No staining a pair of opera gloves in the creature's blood.

Also nothing for killing it with a mop to do something about the blood.

Haven't been able to do anything to the lupine shape with a tome of binding, Fenris tome, hound crystal or artificial hound crystal, with up to three of my own hounds summoned where possible.

7 First Aid wasn't enough to keep the organs from rupturing. Did not have Trauma Tech.

Bracing Cold doesn't seem to impact the Icy Chill, or do anything to the spilled blood.

Nothing special for wearing a bloodied lupine mask, bloody switchblade, bloody vase, bloody shirt, bloody pants, and a Myers sampling kit.

Looks like the paralyzing chill can also directly block damage, in addition to stunning you:

You punch the mannequin, throwing the whole weight of your body behind it and dealing 2 melee damage, but the mannequin forces back your all of the damage.
The mannequin shocks you with a paralyzing chill for 1 etheric damage.
