For reference, this area is reached via the Unchained Freight Elevator encounter in the Parking Garage, at least initially. I got in immediately upon installing elevator controls. Not sure about going out and coming back in.

It looks like the three receipts we got this year were each for a specific faction:

• Barsukov receipt gives a prop heart and 5-7 of animatronic motor, capacitor array, decorative webbing, dry ice, thick cabling. Theme is a classic spooky mad scientist's laboratory with the animatronic being some kind of giant skeletal creature with a beating heart.
• F receipt gives a plastic hide and 5-7 of animatronic motor, chocolate gelt, crepe paper, gold foil, plastic coins. Theme is a fantasy setting with the animatronic being a giant dragon on top of a treasure hoard, as described in the corpse datareader.
• Silver receipt gives gruesome paint and 5-7 of animatronic motor, artificial bone, foam skull, foam tube, plastic chain. Theme is a more gruesome setting, possibly a murderer's den, with the animatronic being…something horrifying.

Winning against the pair of twisted hounds gives the message:

You feel a strange gaze from far away, lofty but filled with barely restrained curiosity.

Nothing special for winning with anniversary pocket mirror. Nothing special by killing both hounds with Starry Gaze.

You hear a shout of "get out of the way or you'll be mopping yourselves up!" followed by a roar of gunfire. The source of the commotion seems to be one heavily-armored figure who seems to be a far greater threat to his surroundings than you are.

A challenge of sorts - can you be a greater threat?
