The hunter also has the blurry quick shot - it's chain 4 though, not chain 6 for quick shot. (Should have checked which chain it was to begin with.) Back when I noticed it on the hunter, I played around with a quick draw holster for a while trying to get it but with no luck. The shades is a good idea though, though not particularly ranged-themed.
