I get the sense that there's not a list of techniques the firing range can grant. Instead, I think it gives you a chance to learn another copy of a technique you already have.
Definitely wrong assumption as i got a bunch Ranged techniques i didn't have, because implatying with a 100% melee deck
well yeah you're right but i got techniques that i definitely didnt have before:steady shot, focused burst, dirty trick and power strike.
You drop by your gang's hideout and fire a few shots at the target range. You feel way better by the time you're done.
