Not sure what conditions you need for the extra view result but I got it on one in southside with three view, counted as three points for roi.

I suspect you get the better result once you accumulate enough "view points". Like downloading from record storage, but without any visible progress indicator.

That makes a lot of sense — finding the relay net sites seems to work the same way (hidden counter to finding them, with view helping more).
