Are they segregated by signal strength (shaky, weak, strong)?
i.e. is, say, Subrelay Front always from strong signal only? (I assume that's strong)

Ah, good catch, I didn't notice that they have different signal strength. Only twice have I gotten a strong signal so far, and those were for "Subrelay Quad" and "Subrelay WTR-273" — hard to say if they are special. I could go through the full logs later but so far I've gotten:
