Prototype Coat
Just wanted to kick off conversation about Zack's new offering, the Prototype Coat.
I was going for something a lot simpler this time. The puzzle box is awesome, but I don't think every item should be a brainteaser that takes over a month to fully crack.
As it's a lot simpler, it rings in at just one unearthly coin. I'm considering alternating items like this going forward, but we'll obviously see how things go.
That said, there's still a fair bit going on with the coat. I guess I just couldn't resist :)
A couple random notes:
- The puzzle box isn't in any danger of leaving Zack's. I'm watching how many get put into the system carefully and will give everyone about a month's warning when it's gotten to a good number.
- I kind of like releasing things mid-month. I know that a lot of our players also play Kingdom of Loathing or Twilight Heroes, so it would be mean to have everyone's donation items get released at the same time.
