Chart time - seems to do increased damage if you use Offence, otherwise does 1-2 damage.
EDIT: When leading with Defense, I got the "The feedback chatters against your connection, but your defenses hold." message 11 times so far. But — twice it did damage instead, shown below. Both times it used a Simple Filter to block a Midgard Shield. It seems that the Defense is "used up" blocking the Midgard Shield so cannot be used for blocking the Static? Both times, only did 1-2 damage which may or may not be a coincidence.
