I'm planning on not resetting for a long time and I keep wondering which skills I should pick.
I like Gang warfare and want to get all those 100 old coins items, but it will not be my sole occupation. I was wondering which skills other people (who I may or may not have hassled in chat about it already) prefer.

So far, I think I'm going to go with Ghoultouched and Pugilism.

- Ship of the Damned: I'm somewhat undecided on which skill to take. I like Undead scourge (EDIT: especially since it works with the twisting silver blade), but Forked path and some of the others also seem very nice.
-Fae Eyes or Ocean sight?
-Focused Mind or Shadowy Presence?
-Lost son Quest: Really no idea which skill reward to get from this quest. I know it won't be Healing Factor though.

What are people's personal favourites?

if youre planing on going gang warfare a forked path is a great bet. wit a full gang encounter gear and this skill, even when you get a nonwarfare encounter its a bigger chance for a choice one. and even with skippables nerf it still lets you get more warfare encounters overally

Sorry to threadjack, but a vigilante choice encounter would really fit the mood of Metroplexity, and give +choice a more direct use in gang warfare.

As for the lost son reward, if you end up going the empty injector route could you test out powdered glass, sludge heart, spider eggs tiny squid eyes, toxic Eclipse, toxic tears, truffle, warty toadstool, water sapphire, white flakes, and withered tendrils? >.>

I'm not so sure this is true… wouldn't the ratio of the various nonchoice encounters be the same no matter what?

depends how +Choice and +PvP interact, I suppose. I guess they'd drive down noncombats and combats, right? (Which brings up the question of whether +combat affect gang warfare fights.)

Given that there is an item that increases PvP and combat, it seems likely they're distinct.

There are effects for combat, noncombat, choice, and PvP encounters. I'd always assumed that this is exhaustive, but I'm not sure about how gang warfare encounters fit in: are they PvP or not?

In attempts to find something new with my empty injector I've tried all of those, except for the spider eggs. No luck.
