Using the CS110 gives you access to the Computer Lab in the University, which is a new zone.
Searching a desk gave me a new electronics recipe;
Safety Loop - Set a Signal Analysis Circuit to watch the signals on a Frayed Cable
Which combines with Omnitech Learntop;
Safety Learntop - Equip an OmniTech Learntop with a Safety Loop
Type: Gadget
Effects
1 Processor
1 Memory
+5 Hardening
Unfortunately I am out of energy after some PVP maulings earlier in the day after coming back from holiday >_<
You can enter the Hacking pseudo-combat by 'trying to hack into' the computer in one of the lab choice adventures. 'Looking for some games' gave me a fishing game that I imagine trained my fishing skill.
Buying a latte from the coffee machine gave me a french vanilla latte, a 3 Body drug.
Note for Kinak for future Gigantor Content additions: Implement after or reaaaally close to rollover. So that Wyrd is either peacefully asleep and unaware of all the new exciting stuff, or has energy/body/hunger to explore it instead of having it in his virtual hands but being utterly unable to use and experience all the fresh content and therefore being driven quite mad with anticipation (and envy at those able to explore it, buckets full of the stuff, giant cyclopean buckets of enormity), yes, quite mad indeed. Bastard. ;)
Can't wait to see more than what little I have.
now its my turn to be a jerk…im topped out on hunger and body thats like300 energy??
nah its related to me being a smart guy and hoarding like mad:)
Ok;
Use CS110, then use it again. This should give you access to the comp lab, then Simple Coding.
Equip a Chipdeck (might not be needed) then hit the Computer Lab, choosing 'search for code' at the computer until you have 2 Networking Code, combine them into a Target Search.
Using Target Search costs 1 Energy (from the Data menu) and gives you places you can hack in The Net.
nah its related to me being a smart guy and hoarding like mad:)
Clever clever :)
P.S.: Firefox users should be able to use the hacking interface properly (and by "properly" I mean "at all") now.
Cheers!
Kinak
I have to wonder if this is a joke >_>
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function handleaction() in /f1/content/metroplexity/public/hacking.php on line 50"
(On trying to access the security logs in the Metroplex U Lab)
