mysterious puzzle tablet, treasured musket, and crystalline mushroom equipped. I just remembered that it gave "moderate incrase to will xp" and not a specific number, so this data is going to be useless until someone spends time with just a piece of puzzle equipment. :)
Separated by individual combats. The last # is Will.
1 0 1 3
0 0 0 0 (??? reported to Kinak)
1 1 0 4 (Two opponents) (2 gangers gave 4+1+1 XP, meaning the +XP boost is granted per combat and not per enemy)
0 0 0 0 (charging rats apparently doesn't give me XP)
1 0 0 4
2 0 0 3
2 1 0 2
0 0 0 0 (confirmed via profile page - no XP. Will no longer be charging rats. :P)
1 2 0 2
0 1 0 4
2 2 0 1
1 0 0 4
0 0 1 3 (killed one of two ghouls and lost - this is very weird, as I should be getting either 3 XP for the ghoul or 3+1+1=5 XP from the ghoul + bonuses… not 4!)
0 0 1 4
0 2 0 3
0 1 1 3
0 1 0 3 (had to confirm the 2-ghoul result. Defeating one and losing to the other seems indeed to give you 1/2 your bonus xp o.0)
1 0 0 3 (that's yet another 1-of-2-ghouls-killed)
2 1 1 1
1 0 0 4 (defeated 2 giant maggots. Said to give variable 1-2 XP. Apparently I got 1 XP from 1 maggot, 2 from the other, and 2 from the bonuses. Oh, my head.)
1 1 1 2
1 0 0 3 (another 1-of-2. Those pairs are hard >.>)
0 3 2 4 (that's 2 ghouls killed. Uuuuuh. 3+3+2=8. How the hell did I get 9. Hm… oh, maybe choosing 'remain motionless' gives you +1 Will at the end of each combat, just like the spider drone in the warehouse. Damn, that fucks with my results.)
Okay, ugh, so remaining motionless gives you +1 XP Will regardless of the result. Running away gives you no bonus XP (which makes sense, since you can use it to get to the gash if it exists; i.e., it has another bonus already). Maggots still make no sense.
In the beginning, men were mortal.
