Ok i permakilled Psycho waited to rolover and nothing, bu a few hours pass and voila:) i have the chip
I might be misremembering, but I think after I killed the Psycho I headed over to the Docks to see if I could make any progress on getting rid of Officer Stone too. Maybe beating him in a fight after killing the Psycho is the trigger?
(account deleted)A note about defeating ALL vigil as trigger, would officer stone's houdini tricks count as different encounters? Also, some encounters seem to have disappeared (eg. non officer stone encounters at the docks), could they be triggers for the "later" vigil encounters (analogous to perm killing the quad-psycho)? Should map out the whole vigilante justice saga, then.
All vigilante encounters seems a lot more likely than fighting a certain subset.
I fought Stone twice, once in the small group, once in the large. I may have fought him a third time in the small group, actually, but no, each of his houdini tricks was certainly not covered.
Quad Protest vigilante encounters aren't required either. It would be interesting to test whether the Psycho can show up there, and whether post-protest encounters are required if you don't have them unlocked.
