could some of the missing techniques only available for npc opponents, and tools(hacking) as well?

Comparing this to the automatically generated techniques-alphabetically, there are 10 pages tagged with "techniques" that are not listed on this ID page. (Not counting Staring Mask + Snow Maiden, which do not have known IDs but are listed here.)

EDIT: At least some of these are non-technique pages. Confirmed:

• Chain
• Ranged
• Stealth
• Techniques
• Techniques by ID
• Etheric Techniques
• Evasion
• Fire
• 2 unknown (edit – turned out to be NPC-only techs)

Pages NOT tagged with "techniques" include Melee, Unclassified Techniques, Techniques Testing, all other pages beginning with the word "Technique", Stunning Techniques, Area of Effect Techniques, Unlockable Techniques, Noncombat Use for Techniques.

I suggest we remove the tag from all non-technique pages, I don't see how it's useful on that list above.

Yes, those tags keep tripping me up too. Will remove.

Edit: turns out Beak Snap and Brutal Instinct were throwing off the count but they are npc-only. The rest looks good now. 281 known techniques.
