So, all of the messages seem to be based on your status. Should I put my thoughts for what they are on the talk page or the main page?
Eventually they resolve into a scene of you challenging a serpent, rising from dark waters. A mountain crumbles in the background, continually drawing your eye.
Fight a lake serpent? Do the Dr. Myers quest, and get the sample?
Eventually they resolve into a scene of you, lying in your bed in Southside, exactly like you normally sleep. Your alarm clock sits dormant with your comm next to it, the 'new message' light illuminated with loving detail.
Start the game? Should always be possible to get?
Eventually they resolve into a scene of you, broken and bleeding, lying on some pavement. It looks rather familiar, but you're not sure why anyone would give it to you.
Get beaten up? Maybe always gettable?
Eventually they resolve into a scene of you standing among a pack of loping, sketchy creatures. You hold a book aloft and lines extend from it to the thing surrounding you like leashes.
Bind a twisted hound, and get release the hounds?
Eventually they resolve into a scene of you running from a widening pit in the ground. Twisted almost-human creatures fall into the pit behind you, unable to keep up.

Shoot the artist in the charnel house in the head.

Complete the pirate ship quest, doesn't seem to matter how.
Eventually they resolve into a scene of… you… or a version of you, at least. You're hunched over and chained, harvesting blocks of spongy material from a gigantic mushroom. It would just be humorous if it weren't for the dreamy, stupid smile on your face.
Help the mushroom guy fight the fangs? Get Fae Eyes? Harvest mushrooms?
Eventually they resolve into a scene of a young, cleanshaven man pouring over mechanical diagrams. His head jerks to the side and a creature like a hound with black pits for eyes and bone spikes ripped from its skin, burrows its way out of his forehead and into the drawing.
He places one hand on his head and goes back to drawing.

Do/don't complete boris's harvest quest? Kill boris?
Eventually they resolve into a scene of… you, shaking your fist at the night sky and shouting. It reminds you uncomfortably of the bums in Southside.
