31 Reflexes gives you a chance at a free runaway, but even many attempts with 38 only gave me the free runaway rarely. I did not get any during a brief stint at 49, but I may have used the maximum for the day already.

After collecting a lot of drop rate data with a GM Script, I found some interesting stuff for gas grenades and protein bars. Up to three of each can drop, but the game doesn't roll on each one individually (assuming my item drop formula is correct). Rather it rolls once to determine if any grenades drop, and if they do, it seems to pick a random number between 1 and 3 for the number to drop.

The more I looked at the data, the more I thought the item drop formula was wrong, but with the realization that it's not like Kol (where an opponent can drop 3 of the same item, each copy of the item potentially has a different drop rate) makes things fall into line nicely.

Also, it seems that the Midgard riot shield has a drop rate of about -10%. Might be calculating that wrong, but it might only drop with enough perception. That might explain the weird conditional that was on there before.
