We know this skill works Below the Charnel House. Has anybody tried using it in the Charnel House (Reopened) after unlocking A Lake Covered By Mists?
Well, apparently this interacts with Ghoulish Crown, but only sometimes. To date: I got the message and bloody pants, bloody shirt, and ghoul teeth (5 items total with 0 fishing) on the docks, and GoldS and Mag got normal results with it equipped in the sewers and charnal house (reopened). It's currently unclear whether it's location-based, random, dependent on whether you're able to make the crown yourself, or possibly some other factor.
Even wearing the ghoulish crown does not make this skill do anything in the Fires of the Black Book.
