The feather in your hand crumbles, leaving a black stain along your palm. Whether it's the feather or the creeping wind, something carries a strong scent of musty decay.

It's not a pleasant smell exactly, but it seems more out of place than threatening.

Edit: Former encounter happened on Damaged building 5th floor. Now I've got another one in the sewers:

It reminds you of caves and mushrooms. It's pleasant, really… almost homey.

Both times I've adventured with my raven feather equipped I've gotten:

The feather in your hand crumbles, leaving a black stain along your palm that quickly sinks into the skin.

You remember flying through a narrow… no it can't be a memory, it must be a dream. You shake the odd sensation.

And no Dark Wind.
