processor chip - 1 XP Will
memory stick - 1 XP Will
dysfunctional PDA - 2 XP Will
raw bluegill - 1 energy
7xpike sushi at once - 2 energy, 4 XP Will

Also gave energy for sushi nori, nightmare fuel and eclipse syringe. I think it is safe to say it is everything.

Crafted 5 homemade lasers (5 energy each) with 60 energy of good worker and regained 5 energy and 14 will.
Then made 6 and regained 10 energy and 10 will.
Then made two more (with only 5 energy left, so it was more then used up or however that works?) and regained 2 energy (so did the effect still count for the second one or could i regain two of the five energy for the first one, how does spending multiple energy at once and losing effects work?) and 3 will.
