This text from the Rescued Artist has me wondering, especially the bit I'm emphasizing:

I dunno if that's it or where it came from, but you're welcome to it. I don't want it anymore so if you need to throw it away or burn it or whatever, no worries.

What if that's not a throwaway bit of dialogue and you really can burn it? Maybe by having the item equipped and using burning ectoplasm? Maybe using rose balm first?

Too bad getting this and Pyro are mutually exclusive. Though then again, we found it at the bottom of a lake of fire, but maybe the artist's connection to it was keeping it from burning.
