Etheric vs. Non-Etheric Encounter Type
Something that I found kind of interesting is that this encounter happens only while Non-Etheric in the Quad, but the similar encounter in the Southside Park can be found while both Etheric and Non-Etheric.
Is it possible that there is a logical reason for this within the story?…Or is it more likely that the Blind Legion encounters are simply designated as Etheric/Non-Etheric to balance the respective number of each encounter type in the Quad and Southside Park?
