I would be happy to give it a try, for science and all. You know how much I enjoy cannibalism.
Tried it, thanks to Llamaman's generosity. I made sure my Ghoultouched was active, as well as Ocean Sight. I was wearing the most ghoulish/chewing tough things outfit I could think of, namely:
Hat: wolfman mask
Weapon: ghoul maw
Offhand: Eclipse sapphire
Shirt: bloody shirt
Pants: drenched pants
Gadget: mad surgeon's kit
I got 4 apparently random XP (Llamaman speculates it's weighted towards Strength, of which I got 2) and the same message Ll has gotten despite my having Undying Heart.
Looking back at this, maybe we quit testing this too soon. There's a line break in the use text, which should set off spading alarm bells. ("Whoop! Whoop! Spading Alert!") It might be worth applying the definition of insanity and trying the same thing we did before a bunch more times to see if eventually it gives a different result.
This might even be the thing Kinak mentioned on one of the recent podcasts about us being only a few percentage points off from unlocking an undiscovered skill. Like, maybe work up a taste for human flesh eating meaty haunches, then eat one of these (with Ghoultouched and/or Undying Heart?).
Man, the movies always make eating a heart seem easy. They're actually tough and chewy. By the time you're done, you've almost worked up an appetite again just from the sheer amount of work you put into eating them.
You do feel a little something, though, like a flicker of remembrance. Perhaps the stories about hearts containing memories are right… or eating hearts just reminded you of something. Neither's really a great option.

Edit: Blast it! Put on the bone scepter and a crude bone mask, but forgot to turn on ghoultouched again! Augh. So it may be related to ghoulishly devouring if there is anything.
The text Argeth got is ever so slightly different from the text on the Raw Heart page proper.

There's also a tinsy bit of textual difference where the page has It's and it and Argeth has They're and them.
Nothing special for being in the Charnel House (Reopened), then eating a meaty haunch and one of these with both Broken World and Degenerate Mists active. I have no skill from the Problems on the Docks quest, since I gave the bone scepter as a gift in the Distant Palace.
I ate one with a ghoul maw equipped and Wide Open active (along with Ocean Sight, Burning Vision, Ocean Song, and Pep in Your Step). Nothing. I had also had an orange juice sample yesterday.
I tried eating a raw heart with Etheric Seed and Dark Bloom active. The reasoning being that that skill is all about lost knowledge and other lifetimes and memories. So what better skill to try the raw heart on as the raw heart speaks of memories? Nothing special, however, occurred.

I'm sure someone tried eating one of these with Empty Heart (and Ghoultouched), but I tried again since I couldn't find it recorded. No change.
