I'm guessing someone used their birthday as the password.

I'm also guessing I could have found out the supervisor's name if I'd eavesdropped or something.

I got:

Victoria on January 4th, Nora on March 25th, Holly on May 28th, Peter on June 17th, and Samantha on August 10th

I have no idea how to add this to the wiki, so someone else can feel free. I got

Brian on March 15th, Catherine on March 23rd, Frank on June 17th, Doug on July 25th, and William on September 7th.

then tried it randomly until it turned out to be Doug's birthday that let me in.

From that, it's obviously randomised. So I'd guess you're right about being able to find it out another way. I can't see it actually being trial and error!

There's a… noncombat encounter that shows up in the warehouse with a drunken yelling guy that tells you the relevant name.
