I lost the logs, so no editing page, but …. I repeatedly charged at the guars; I fought two a few times, then three, then it let me right in …

Suspicious to have an option with no known meaningful result. ("Talk to him.") Couldn't manage to find "common ground" with Undersea Stalking and Blessed of the Seas.

Also, he doesn't care if you smash up the other urns like the fae king wanted before you give him the trapped fae king.

You can't give the glowing bauble as a gift, and having it equipped doesn't seem to unlock anything new here.
