I've given Griffin every drink that appeared in the list for me, and nothing seems to have changed so far after the first one. I tried talking to him in between each one, to no changes. Possibly there will be something different tomorrow, when I can try to buy cyberware again. Maybe he likes me more and will have more options available?

Edit: On the first day I had two options, eyes and arms. Today I've got four options, for cat eyes, spidery limbs, tiger paw and transparent legs. So maybe giving more drinks gets you more options to choose from?

Edit: Today's choices were fixed eyes, tiger paw, transparent arms, transparent legs. So looks like it may be random, rather than one of each type (excluding neural and organware). Bought fixed eyes.

Next day: fixed eyes, tiger skin, tiger paw, transparent arms. Bought tiger skin.

Next day: black wings, spidery limbs, tiger paw, transparent arms. I bought the black wings, but got a cat eyes result. Guessing they're supposed to be the dark wings.

Skipped a day, then next day: dark wings, spidery limbs, transparent arms, transparent legs. Bought spidery limbs.

Next day: cat eyes, spidery limbs, transparent arms, transparent legs. Bought transparent legs.

Next day: dark wings, fixed eyes, tiger paw, transparent arms. Bought the arms.

Next day: dark wings, cat eyes, spidery limbs, transparent legs. Bought the legs.

Next day: cat eyes, tiger skin, tiger paw, transparent arms. Bought the transparent arms.

Doesn't seem to be too much in the way of a pattern that I can see, but I'll keep recording data points for the time being.

Before installing any cyberware I got four options each time I talked to him. After installing blackened eyes, transparent arms, and transparent legs yesterday, I got five options, including the visible organs option that I never saw before. Guessing you unlock new stuff based on what you have installed (Like those decorative ears that I've never seen pop up as a choice yet).

EDIT: I got the visible organs choice three days in a row even while the other choices changed.

That'd make sense. He says he'll try to keep stuff "that interests you"… I think Argeth is the one who found the decorative ears, and he might have had head spikes installed at the time. And if you look at the counterculture partier image, those ears might be something they wear. I'll try going full spider for a few days, see if that causes anything to pop up.

Edit: With fixed eyes and spidery limbs I'm still only seeing 4 options to buy. Only thing of note is that this is the first time I've seen angelic wings offered, but that's likely just RNG, since I have seen dark wings.

Edit: Another day, still only four options. This is the first time I've seen him offer blackened eyes, though. blackened eyes, fixed eyes, tiger paw, transparent arms.

Edit: Tried swapping to head spikes and elbow spikes. He's offering cat eyes, spidery limbs, tiger paw and transparent legs. Don't think I encountered him yesterday with the stuff installed, though, so maybe you have to meet with him before it triggers anything special. So I'll wait another day!

Edit: Okay, next day now, and he's got the ears! decorative ears, fixed eyes, tiger skin, transparent legs. Buying the ears, I'll see what he has to offer tomorrow.

Edit: And the next day is cat eyes, fixed eyes, spidery limbs and tiger paw. So possibly spike stuff is required to get the ears, but doesn't get you a 100% chance at them.

With transparent arms, transparent legs and demon face installed, I'm now getting 5 options. Today it's cat eyes, fixed eyes, spidery limbs, tiger paw and visible organs. So I'm guessing it's having both the transparent arms and legs installed that unlocks the organs.

Edit: Next day I still have 5 options, but not visible organs. dark wings, fixed eyes, spidery limbs, tiger skin, tiger paw today.

Might take a bit, but I'm going to try to track the changes in what Griffin is offering based on the drinks he's been given. There's a chance the specific ones might matter, too, so I'll list the specific drinks in order I've handed them over, and when I start getting more options. Unfortunately it seems like aside from the first switch, from nothing to one piece, later increases have you wait a day to see the effects.

Martini, gin and tonic: 1 item
Martini, gin and tonic, flask of rum, office flask: 2 items
Martini, gin and tonic, flask of rum, office flask, grain alcohol, whiskey bottle: 3 items
Martini, gin and tonic, flask of rum, office flask, grain alcohol, whiskey bottle, pearl liquor: 4 items

So from this, it looks like you unlock an additional choice from Griffin at 1, 3, 5 and 7 drinks given. Since we currently know of 8 drinks that can be given to him, I'm thinking there's a 9th that we haven't found yet, which will get a 5th choice.

He doesn't seem to be interested in the over/under, Eclipse whiskey, dissolved pearl, apple rotgut, special brew, Roy's secret sauce, Wrecker, Metros light (far too weak, I'm sure), or any of the various drinks that've popped up from Christmas and Halloween.

It looks like by giving Griffin drinks before asking what he has for sale, you don't need to wait a day to take advantage of having unlocked more options.

EDIT: Hm, various discussion above seems to be about your cyberware installed changing the possible results. It seems early on that cyberware installed would change number of parts for sale per day but that turns out to be for number of drinks given? Some of this conversation was probably done in chat.

I note there is a fixed order these are presented in (cat eyes always first, then fixed eyes, etc). Oh! Just alphabetical.

EDIT: Re-reading this discussion, it seems likely that visible organs are unlocked if you have transparent legs and/or(?) arms installed.

Not sure exactly where the changeover from 4 to 5 was, but after giving Griffin all the available drinks, including up to the new leaded wine and purple wine options, he's providing 5 choices when looking to buy cyberware, and that's not including any of the special stuff that you get for having cyberware installed.
