So, wearing this, along with the bouncer suit jacket, bouncer pants and close combat shotgun doesn't appear to have any immediately apparent effects on the encounters in the Cellar Door, other than counting as counterculture cyberware. Entering, staring down the spider patron, telling the drunk tiger to back off, etc. all seem to be the same.
