Could someone change the url of the page to add summer onto the end of it? There is a totally different encounter with the same name as this one in winter.

While just burning some energy, I've been messing in the reflection, getting some apples and whatnot, and took a look at this encounter. I think the fishing result for this may just randomly pick one of your installed furniture items. The list of things your reflection catches also seems to vary:

It's also capable of improving your fishing skill at least at Solid. I'm guessing the grey fish is probably the one that ends up being the reflected fish.

This increased my fishing skill to Good.
