It looks like most of the stuff in this resets daily, which is pretty expected. Haven't confirmed the Dragon's Pit encounter, but interactions in Dusty Beggar (he stops talking to you), Sorceress's Blessing (she forgets about the fool being beaten), Shining Castle (they won't let you in), Dusty Throne Room (the Fool changes what he's talking about) and Bedridden King (you can get another ancient candle) all seem to reset. Fantasy Library may only be findable once per day, and I haven't encountered Abandoned Cellar yet.
