How do you get the arms dealer to sell you one of these?
I have tried for a couple of runs now to buy one of these from the arms dealer. I have long since bought one of everything else he has to offer. Lord knows I have enough old coins. But he always tells me I've cleaned him out. I have checked when I had access to the cybertechnology lab and was active in gang warfare. The only thing I can think of is that maybe he won't sell it to you unless you already have some cyberware installed. Any evidence for or against this from those of you who have managed to buy one of these?
