Thanks to Mag for loaning me his one and only amulet to try this out!

You duck behind the cover of your shield.
The hunter snaps its wings, shattering the ice that covers them and plunging you into icy darkness for 20 damage.

You punch the hunter, throwing the whole weight of your body behind it and dealing 6 damage.
The hunter dives, the wind roaring under its wings, then snaps to a stop, ripping into you for 12 damage.

You've been beaten to hell!

The thing lashes out with its tail, snatching the amulet from your grasp. The last thing you hear before you black out is the howling of the wind under the creature's wings.

ROUND 1
You grab the nearest heavy object and jump at the hunter, pummeling it for 2 damage.
The hunter swoops forward and grabs you, hauling you up into the sky before letting you drop.

You drop any pretense of civility and suddenly club the hunter for 5 damage.
your tail snakes out suddenly, stabbing you as you fall for 23 damage.

You punch the hunter, throwing the whole weight of your body behind it and dealing 2 damage.

The hunter continues bleeding from the jagged wounds, taking 2 damage.

After what seems like hours of falling, you crash into the ground for 23 damage.

ROUND 2
You haul off and club the hunter for 6 damage.
your tail snakes out suddenly, stabbing you for 19 damage.

You punch the hunter, throwing the whole weight of your body behind it and dealing 12 damage.
The hunter snaps its wings, shattering the ice that covers them and plunging you into icy darkness for 18 damage.

You line up a powerful strike, crushing the hunter for 12 damage.

The hunter continues bleeding from the jagged wounds, taking 7 damage.

ROUND 3
You grab the nearest heavy object and jump at the hunter, pummeling it for 22 damage, but the hunter remains just outside your reach. It avoids all of the damage.
The hunter beats its wings, flying above your reach.

You viciously slash the hunter for 6 damage.
The hunter dives, the wind roaring under its wings, then snaps to a stop, ripping into you for 20 damage.

You punch the hunter, throwing the whole weight of your body behind it and dealing 6 damage.

You move seamlessly into another strike, slashing across the hunter for 12 damage.

The hunter continues bleeding from the jagged wounds, taking 7 damage.

Tested with 5 reactive Defense. Seems to back up the claim that Roaring Wind is stealth. Interesting is the fact that the Hunter repeatedly used Etheric this fight, which was my (relative) weakness. It hardly, if ever, used its etheric tech in other fights where I had higher defense.
