Guys guys guys! Obvious connection to the Red Lensed Goggles and Red Metal Gaze. Think about it. "Red Liquid" that happens to be burning, Etheric and Fire Power boosts in common… and Kinak said there was one last thing to be found in the Goggles! GET ON IT.
EDIT: Argeth suggested using the Myers Sampling kit or another IV gadget of some sort and using/getting hit by Red Metal Gaze in PvP. Of course, this would only apply to the most powerful version of Red Metal Gaze, the one that gives a liquid.
