Thought it was worth a shot, but using this and then getting beaten to hell in a fight does not allow you to automatically heal up afterwards.

—Not sure if this was a bug that was fixed, or some trigger, but I got 40 turns of Immortal Lie when using the draught. Same use message.

I had progressed in the dusty story today by going for walk with Princess -> getting dove plaque -> almost done the other part (had survival bulwark).

EDIT: Still get Immortal Lie at the start of the chain; asking if this was bugged.—

EDIT: This was bugged originally; was always supposed to give the effect.
