Got this encounter after only having helped unpack candy, unpack wine, and discussing costumes with a resident.

Edit: Think this might be related to the fact the caterers are currently panicked and running around. Can't calm them down normally, but when i got in the midgard security costume they started listening to me. Gonna keep calming them and see if that gets rid of this encounter.
