Nice find. 27 knuckle bones for +3 etheric power is, hm. Kinda underwhelming if you have some quest reward or 2-coin item, but not bad if you're just waltzing around with pants and an etheric deck. Not sure if there's hidden content here or not.

Guess we need to try 81 now. =p

The second paragraph of the description suggests that maybe a skeleton will eventually attack you if you wear these:

Beyond that, though, there's something about them… the constantly clicking as you move them sounds like a skeleton dogging your steps.
