I took my usual shot of Eclipse Syringe today and gained 4 uses of the Watch Winding attack.

"Keep track of time with an Etheric attack

Chain: 4
Type: Etheric
Attribute: Will"

I anticipate this is the same technique as Withering Watch. but I haven't tested it yet.

The weirdest thing that I did was have my full +Eclipse turns gear equipped. The Eclipse Syringe gave me 80 turns of Etheric.

Yep. Withering Watch = Watch Winding.

I did not know/remember that this items heals you. So far:

• Etheric only: no message
• Etheric, in sewers: no message
• Etheric, in sewers, joined gw (no control): no message
