Got this:

You turn all your focus and all your rage on the Rag Man. The assault crushes down on him for 23 damage.

Could be from following Skin of the Wolf, or from being unopposed, or from outleveling the rag man. (I had 2 (5)/2 (10)/2 (3)/4 (9) stats, 4 Etheric Power.)

EDIT: just got this opposed to a swarm of rats, so it's not unopposed:

You focus for a long moment, then howl mournfully towards the absent sky.
The rats rush you and swarm around you. The rats' bites do 9 damage.

You turn all your focus and all your rage on the rats. The assault crushes down on them for 18 damage.
The rats wait until the last moment, then leap into you, dealing 7 damage.

So there's a new message for having (Artificial) RAGE effect. I can't remember what I had to trigger the "focus and all your rage" message, but it's not for:

Ocean Song (6)
Focused Perception (8)
Chip Headache (10)
Studious Nature (10)
Parasitic Eye (17)
Ocean Sight (36)
Clear Eyes
Icy Demeanor
Having a distored wolf mask on.

All your rage data point

All from the same combat

You rake the fungus with your claws for 7 damage.
The fungus grabs at you with its tentacles for 1 damage, dragging you off your feet.

You take a powerful leap, then drop to the ground like a predator.

You focus for a long moment, then howl mournfully towards the absent sky.

You turn all your focus and all your rage on the fungus. The assault crushes down on it for 34 damage.

The tentacles drop you to the floor. You land pretty well, only suffering 5 damage.

You turn your gaze on the fungus. It seems to weaken and shrink, suffering 12 damage.
The fungus lashes you with a tentacle, dealing 1 damage.

You thrust a clawed hand into the air, then drag it down. An arc of shimmering light slashes the fungus for 9 damage.
The fungus grabs at you with its tentacles for 1 damage, dragging you off your feet.

You dart through the silvered shadows to slash the fungus for 3 damage.

You rake the fungus with your claws for 7 damage.

The tentacles drop you to the floor. You hit hard and go down in a heap, suffering 6 damage.

Nothing special for preceding this with Gibbous/Half/Waning/Full Moon Tides or whatever they're called.

The "you turn all your focus and all your rage" message isn't just for following Skin of the Wolf. I'm doing that and only getting the normal message. But SotW also has a variant form with a message about focus whose unlock is unknown that I imagine is the prerequisite here.
