You take control of the underwater scuffle, turning the shark's attack against it for 30-42 damage.

This was agains the foreign shark with 16 melee power.

Then, unopposed ( i get a +2 unopposed bonus)

You turns the shark's inertia against it, slamming it into the lakebed for 28-52 damage.

I've successfully gotten the technique even with muffled sight rather than Ocean Sight. So I guess the tech is linked to the skill rather than the effect.

But did you get the undersea stalking without ocean sight? That's the part that doesn't work for me.
