I was thinking it odd that the resonating spinal loop does less base damage than non-loop forms, until I realized that the +4 to Will techs from the loop make up for it, so if you have any resonating form equipped, they all effectively get 11 base damage. Clever!

(It looks like the messages for the last two forms of this technique are switched, since all the other non-matched resonating techniques use the word "arrange" except for this one. (Bug reported.))
