I have tried toting this around in PvP while also wearing the custom flak jacket. So far nothing. I have been using a combo ranged/melee deck, given its bonuses, but it has not done anything noticeable.

Nothing special from going around the waterfront, stone's former territory, and shaking down/vigilante justicing the place with either this or stone's pistol equipped, while also wearing stone's flak jacket and/or the vigilante mask. Also tried killing the gang warfare crate encounter dockhand with it halfway through, to no apparent effect.
