Doesn't look like it. The Impatient Arms Dealer arms dealer showed up instead, and the wares encounter didn't show up in ~20 encounters there.

Yeah, thats the experience I was having. It's unfortunate, I need to get the blowing torch and have no good way of getting his crate right now. If I gave him the credits to just buy it I wouldn't have enough left over…

Anyone know what this encounter looks like if you are on the search for Lo's quest but don't have old coins? I'm assuming the "protein analyzers?" question get appended after "Tell me how to make them" but it doesn't get appended if you do have old coins?

(I'm proposing merging these two encounters, similarly to the free coffee.)

Eurasian dealer doesn't have any special options for smuggling cyberbowl chips that I could see (though I still can't afford them).

You can only get one adrenal pump per playthrough, even if you sell the first. Posting it here since the page implies otherwise, in case someone knows more details:

You can get two of (a stash item) however if the first copy is still locked in a beta reset, or if you crafted the original into a different.
