Earlier I got a resting result where I got hassled by security after a bit, and only got I think 20 HP. Not sure what the trigger was… doesn't seem to be outfit based, as the security outfit, bum outfit, and no equipment at all are getting me the undisturbed result now.

Has anybody recently noticed the Professional Family or Sharply Dressed Wife encounters appearing after completing the Help From The Family quest? I thought they did keep appearing at one point, but now they seem to no longer appear. (Probably lucky for them, since I was planning to kill them…)

This is intentional. From the Sharply Dressed wife encounter after you solve Sofia's problems:

"There are some old tunnels from back when the whole area was Family-run. They've been broken down for years, but they should be able to help move around without Midgard noticing. We'll meet you there when you're ready."

The midgard security expert, priest and midgard manager all do not react to wearing all four pieces of the third eye hunter outfit or both pieces of the vigilante outfit, both while Etheric.
