Arthur J is in his usual haunts (so probably no Tattooed Man this year) but I can't find the Happy Art Student after a longish search. I haven't seen him at the party, but presumably he's there. Or maybe cowering in his dorm room?
No sign of Carol while wandering around on The Quad while Etheric with the abstract domino mask w/Hide Your Hunt equipped.
No sign of any special Halloween- or tablet-related encounters in Lake Metroplex with 100+ Halloween Spirit active. The Ocean King didn't seem to have anything to say about the Tablet either. I had Blood of the Stone active for the first few adventures underwater, but it wore off before I got to the OK.
