I had the following equipped:
Rams helmet
inflatable cyberbowl ball
commemorative cyberarms

You slot the Integrated Rams memory and wait for the emotions to start rolling in.
You learned a new Technique: Integrated Ram Play

You remember crashing through opposing players, disabling their cyberwear and tearing off their feeble organic limbs. The feel of ligaments and servos parting under your fingers… the warmth of blood splashing on your face… the unmistakable scent of lesser cyberwear failing. Mmmmmmm…

You've earned 1 XP in Perception

You've earned 4 XP in Strength

You've earned 1 XP in Will

Does anyone have cyberbowl store full access? Can I trade someone 40 codes for a rams memory? Thanks!

Using one with a cyberbowl chipdeck+cyberball (so 5 duration) gave: 1 XP in Reflexes, 26 XP in Strength.
Using one without anything special equipped (so 15 duration) gave: 2 XP in Perception, 72 XP in Strength, 1 XP in Will (I had 12 or 13 strength before using the chip, ended up at 14)

No techniques either way. Perhaps the Rams helmet is required for that?

With 16 base strength (I think?) using one gives:

You've earned 1 XP in Perception
You've earned 2 XP in Reflexes
You've earned 59 XP in Strength

With 17 base strength, using one gives:
You've earned 1 XP in Reflexes
You've earned 52 XP in Strength

Seems to scale similarly to the Climber's Memory?

Has anyone tried using the integrated rams memory with the wildcats helmet? Or using the wildcats memory with the integrated rams helmet?

EDIT: Tried the wildcats memory with the rams helmet. Nothing happened.
