For some reason, I seem to be getting *+9* stealth power out of this thing, with no weapon equipped, and *+6* with a weapon equipped.

Effects Active:
Boon of Strength (1)
Ocean Song (7)
Ocean Sight (31)
High Test (40)
Sinking Lure (40)

Any clue?!

Sweet find! Do you have an offhand equipped? Perhaps it interacts with that as well. Or perhaps it gets a bonus from related equipment (other staring programs, or the coat of mysterious circuitry).

Checked every equipment slot in addition to also checking spare processor and memory, and only the weapon slot matters. I don't own any items that give sight link, either. But SL might be worth checking out in general.

(I assume you need to be Etheric to get the +3 SP without a weapon? The page as it reads now is ambiguous.)

Kinak says the +6/+9 stealth power was a bug. It's back to 3/6 now.
