Hm, I just got a copy of Whiteout even with Matsuo active. (I gave one rose to the maiden today, and then lost to her again without anything special happening.)
A storm blows up, seemingly out of nowhere, covering the world in undifferentiated whiteness. It's hard to see the hand in front of your face, but you feel like there's a shape out there… hiding in the howling wind.
Then, just as quickly as the storm appeared, it's gone, without even leaving a new layer of powder.
