Mysterious spear update tonight. It doesn't seem like anyone has found anything so far.
- Nothing newly craftable (thanks Crypto).
- I fought half a dozen Mushroom scouts with various spears equipped.
- A bunch of random punching, stabbing, etc.
- Throwing a bunch of wrenches at people. (Are there any other techniques where we throw things? A bunch of grenades I guess but that seems odd.)
- Trading with the (pvp) mushroom scout gives normal options; buying a spear didn't give anything special.
- EDIT: checked all chemistry recipes with fungus spear and oily spear — nothing new.
Other ideas??
(Incidentally Cryptodynamic and I both noticed that we haven't seen a mushroom scout in the sewers in a long long time. The Fop suggests that they don't show up if you attack them in the sewer hideout - I don't recall specifically if I did that but it seems unlikely. Anyone notice this? I had to go to the pvp encounter to find a scout.)
